Ideal for seasonal residents or those who prefer flexible training.

Hybrid Longevity Coaching

$699 per month

Combines weekly in-person coaching with structured programming between sessions.

Includes:

  • 1 private in-person coaching session per week

  • Fully customized strength program

  • App-based tracking and exercise demonstrations

  • Ongoing messaging support

  • Monthly strength and mobility assessment

This option provides accountability, expert guidance, and consistent progression.
