We’re an active, outdoors-loving family of five who value health, happiness, and time together. Whether we’re hiking the local trails or cheering on the sidelines, we live what we teach—and love helping others do the same.

BOBBY SCOTT
Hi, I’m Bobby — a Cape Cod native, husband, and father, passionate about helping others take control of their health. I grew up in Barnstable, where playing sports shaped my love for fitness and led me to play college baseball in Florida.
Coming back to my roots, I’m excited to now be back on the Cape, working with clients in the community while also serving as the Strength & Conditioning Coach at Pope John Paul II High School in Hyannis.
For nearly two decades, I’ve worked in the fitness industry — from training junior golfers in Hilton Head to serving as Fitness Director at Osterville Fitness, and owning OPEX South Shore, a personalized training facility in Pembroke for the past seven years. These experiences have deepened my belief that lasting health takes time, consistency, and a clear plan.

CHELSA SCOTT
Hi, I’m Chelsa! I’m a registered nurse, personal trainer, wife, mom, and business owner. Originally from Kansas, my love for adventure took me all over the country—eventually landing me here on the Cape, where I now get to enjoy life by the ocean with my family.
My passion for health and fitness grew during my years traveling as an ER nurse, caring for patients on some of the hardest days of their lives. That experience opened my eyes to how broken our healthcare system can be when it comes to empowering people to take control of their own health. I’m a firm believer in being proactive instead of reactive, which is why I’m so passionate about helping women become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.
I specialize in working with women 35+, helping them build strength and create sustainable habits that last a lifetime. Each client receives a personalized plan tailored to their lifestyle, and I’m there to cheer them on every step of the way.
As someone who wears many hats, I understand the real-life challenges of balancing work, family, and personal well-being. It’s not always easy—but it’s possible. And you don’t have to do it alone.
